• The Northeast Passage Polar Arts Program - Artist in Residence, David McEown June 28th - July 23, 2008 David is thrilled to have been invited to give art workshops during this 25-day icebreaker expedition from Anadyr, on Russia's Asian shore to Murmansk, near the Finnish border. The journey will explore the Chukotka Peninsula, Wrangel Island, the New Siberian Islands, Severnaya Zemlya and Novaya Zemlya and Franz Josef Land. Landscapes of sky, water, rock and flora will be our inspiration for this intermediate to advanced watercolour course. (Art materials to be supplied by each participant.
